What appeared to be flashing red lights illuminated the second floor of the White House Sunday evening.
Livestream webcams showed the strange sight—the flashing stopped after about 20 minutes.
There was no official statement from the US Secret Service or The White House.

Flashing red lights suggest security breach. Those lights don't look like reflections on the windows. https://t.co/xJKDzde1WI
